Bentley Meeker Lighting and Staging April 2026-Present Production Manager

  • Responsible for the operational planning, coordination, and execution of lighting, audio, video, staging, and technical production across a wide range of events

Oasis Arts October 2023- January 2026 Production Manager/Technical Director

  • Upgraded the technical and operational systems for the vibrant Oasis cabaret and nightclub, producing up to 14 unique events a week, including drag, dance parties, theater, film screenings, and so much more

  • Managed and trained a full  team of technicians, stagehands, lighting designers and audio engineers

  • Redesigned the roof deck, Champagne room and main theater to be flexible, reconfigurable spaces with full scale lighting, audio and video systems interconnected throughout the venue

  • Supported celebrity appearance by Sasha Velour, Doja Cat, Linda Perry, Billy Porter and many more

  • Booked DJ lineups for Princess, Folsom Weekend, Dore Alley

  • Produced multiple nightclub events including Nachspiel, Afro Habibi, and H0le

  • Stage managed Oasis events for Outside Lands Dolores Stage, Pink Block and SF Pride Mainstage

  • Designed immersive lighting experiences for Jurrassiq Parq (an original musical), Boo Ball (annual Halloween event), and New Year’s Eve

Advanced Systems Group @ Google February 2017 - August 2023 Senior Lighting Engineer

  • Consulted on the lighting design for the Bayview Event Center, a ground-up Google designed building,  including a 1000 person main plenary space, and multiple dynamic breakout rooms. 

  • Led the commissioning of all new lighting systems for uplifts and new builds, including Bayview, MP7, SF Seven Hills, and others

  • Created a standard lighting spec for all new builds across the international Google Events team.

  • Managed a team of technicians and freelancers to maintain and operate the theatrical and architectural lighting systems

  • During the pandemic developed multiple studios and a mobile  production team, including a custom built studio for Ruth Porat

Impact Lighting | Audio | Video January 2014-March 2017 Senior Sales Account Manager

  • Worked with existing clients to deliver excellent customer service in producing social & corporate events.

  • Developed additional clientele through active prospecting and networking.

  • Produced over a hundred events a year with Lighting and A/V budgets ranging from $1K-$1.2M.

  • Developed new business opportunities during multiple major organizational changes.

  • Sold and managed Fantasy of Lights, a multi-year long contract to install one of the largest Christmas Light events for the County of Santa Clara

Verducci Event Productions January-December 2013 Operations Manager

  • Coordinated the operation of event lighting and A/V from sales to final installation.

  • Designed warehouse operation and management systems and developed products for unique event needs.

Got Light. June 2012-January 2013 Technical Producer

  • Executed CAD drawings and lighting designs for hundreds of events per year ranging from small weddings to large scale corporate events

  • Worked with the sales team and lead designers to ensure the immaculate execution of each design.

Custom Made Theater Company May 2016 - June 2018 Director of Production

  • Produced seasons of six shows, including hiring design and technical team, maintaining show budgets, and ensuring all aspects of each production came together.

  • Managed all technical components of the theater including lighting, audio, multimedia, tools and materials.

FaultLine Theater January 2012-October 2020 Founder / Managing Director 

  • Over eight seasons produced 30 world premiere plays, musicals, and comedy shows.

  • Received 18 TBA Awards nominations in 2015 for Trailer Park Gods and Shiner, and the Annette Lust Award

  • Managed a team of more than sixty artists, actors, directors, writers, and technicians.

  • Managed incorporation as a 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization and launched initial fund-raising.
